SMC, which pertains to Suzuki Moto Center is intended for valued partners who owns and manages Multibrand Motorcycle Shops across the country. It aims to support shop upgrades that will provide full customer assistance in form of unprecedented after sales service which creates mutual benefits for our companies. Its main objectives are to increase customer confidence by increasing visibility of after sales support within the dealer shop, to increase dealer confidence by supporting capability of dealer shop to render competitive after sales service and to strengthen dealer image and Suzuki brand image within the territory of operation.
