For the first time in motorcycle history, Suzuki introduces with pride, the only one of its kind sportbike with a twin camshaft, 4-valve, 150 cc superior performance engine. Exclusive to its design is the Suzuki PAIR (Pulsed Secondary AIR Injection) system that guarantees environment-friendly operation. Delivering fresh air from the air box into the exhaust port to help ignite unburnt exhaust gas. This airflow is regulated by a vacuum-operated reed valve (PAIR value) located at the top of the cylinder head. | |
SUPREME SPEED PERFORMANCE *An Auto Decompression Mechanism with a simple but reliable centrifugal cam inside the camshaft, keeps one of the two exhaust valves slightly open when the engine is not turning, to reduce pressure from the rising piston, thus reduce the amount of effort required to operate the kick starter. *The ignition is operated smoothly by a DC-CDI (Digital) Ignition System - a micro-computer which controls the length of iginition timing against engine transmission. The result is extremely efficient performance. | |
